How do I connect with my partner?
After creating your account, go to Settings > Partner Connection and share your unique invite code with your partner. They can enter this code in their app to connect with you.
What happens if I lose my streak?
Don't worry! While streaks reset if either partner misses a day, you can start building a new one right away. Premium users get one streak shield per week to protect their streak.
How does presence sharing work?
When enabled, presence sharing lets your partner know when you're active in the app. You can customize what's shared in your privacy settings. Location sharing is optional and can be turned off at any time.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings > Your Name > Subscriptions on your iPhone to manage or cancel your Luvvy Premium subscription.
Is my data private?
Yes! Your conversations and data are private between you and your partner. We don't sell your data or show ads. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from Settings > Account > Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data from our servers.
